These terms govern your use of Archi5 and the other services published by ARKAN5 (FZE), a Free Zone Establishment registered in the United Arab Emirates under licence number 11817, owned by ARKAN5 (FZE), a Free Zone Establishment (“we”, “us”). When you use the service you are contracting with ARKAN5 (FZE). Our products are ARCHI5, Atlas5 Core, Atlas5 Lens, REWAYA Live, ARKAN5.

1. What the service is

Archi5 is a teaching studio for architecture and design students and their teachers. It reads a studio brief, locates the student on the design spine and generates drawings, sheets and written method at the student’s year level. Archi5 supports learning; it does not sit an examination, and it is not a substitute for your school’s assessment or for a qualified professional’s signature on construction documents.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a school, university or practice, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country or have your guardian’s permission.

3. Your account

Everyone enters the same way: an institution identity and an ID number for students, teachers and architects, and an issued invitation code for evaluators. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or misrepresentation;
• upload or generate content that infringes anyone’s intellectual property;
• interfere with security — no malware, probing, penetration attempts, scraping or circumvention of technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service;
• upload another student’s work, or documents your institution marks confidential, without permission.

5. Academic honesty

Archi5 exists to teach, and its outputs are study material. You are responsible for complying with your institution’s rules on assistance and attribution, and for declaring the use of AI where your school requires it. We will not complete or submit assessed work on a student’s behalf.

6. Generated content and AI

• You are responsible for the prompts, briefs and files you enter, for having the rights to use them, and for how you use the outputs.
• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. They are not engineering, legal, planning or financial advice and must be checked by a competent person before any use in practice.
• Prohibited generation includes illegal content, deepfakes of real people, hateful or harassing content, malware, and attempts to jailbreak or bypass safety limits.
• You keep the rights in what you upload. Subject to these terms and payment, you may use the outputs generated for you, including in your coursework and portfolio.
• We may moderate: remove or restrict content, filter or refuse an output, and suspend accounts. Rights holders can write to info@arkan5.ai to request a takedown; repeat infringement ends access.

7. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service and everything it is made of: the software and source code, the studio method and its stage structure, the written instructions and prompts, the teaching material, the drawings and sheets we publish as examples, the compiled reference and curriculum collections, the interface design, the sound marks, and the named studio characters — Architeon, Professor Adrian Tekton, Julian Vance, Robia Nasser, Karim “Crazy CAAD” Haddad, Lena Farsi, Rebecca and Rewaya — together with their portraits, voices and written manner. The names ARCHI5, ARKAN5, ATLAS5, ARCHITEON and REWAYA are our trade marks, registered or claimed by use.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own study or practice, within the level and tier you registered for. That licence does not allow you to copy, adapt, translate, decompile or reverse engineer the service; to scrape, harvest or bulk-export its screens, prompts, reference collections or outputs; to use it or its outputs to build, train, evaluate or improve a competing product or model; to resell, sublicense or share your seat; or to imitate our marks, characters or presentation in a way that could confuse students about who made it.

Your own uploaded work stays yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the service to you. If you send us an idea, correction or suggestion, you agree we may use it in the service without obligation, and you assign to us any rights in that suggestion as it is implemented here. Anything we produce for you inside the studio is licensed to you for your study or professional use and is recorded as machine-assisted work; the underlying method and system remain ours. 8. Registration and payments

You register for the studio by level and credit hours, for a term. Your level follows your year of study and your tier decides how many versions of each produced piece the studio makes. Nothing inside the studio is charged by the drawing, and no work is ever billed for time spent thinking. The fee is shown in full, with any discount, before you register.

Typed conversation with Architeon, the family and Rebecca is included in every registration without limit. Spoken voice draws on a daily studio allowance, because a made voice costs more to produce than written words; the allowance renews each day and written conversation never stops. An institution may raise its students' allowance by agreement. No charge is ever applied without being disclosed to you before you use the feature.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, currency, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

9. Service level

We work to keep the studio open and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, model changes and outages happen. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first. On termination you may export your stored work for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential and special damages, including lost profits, lost data and loss of goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of the United Arab Emirates. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page.
