Common questions
- I cannot sign in or my invite link does not work.
- Make sure you are using the exact invite URL your instructor shared. If you signed up with Google, use the same Google account. Still stuck? Email us with your school name and course code.
- A drawing says ‘Not drawn yet’ and the button does nothing.
- Refresh the page and try again. If the issue repeats, include your browser name and the brief you uploaded in your message.
- Can I get a one-to-one critique from a real juror?
- Yes. The Jury Desk offers AI-led critique now, and live senior-juror sessions will be announced through the Professor Desk. Watch the notification board.
- How do I export my portfolio?
- Go to Portfolio, arrange your plates, then use the handoff panel to download a sheet set or a BIM brief.
